How it works

How AllForSourcing works

One sourcing project carries a product from requirement to shipment. At every stage you can see what is known, where it came from, what is missing, and what needs your approval.

  1. 1

    Define

You describe the product, upload a photo, paste a link or attach a specification. The requirement builder separates what you stated (Known), what could be read from an image or link (Inferred), what is absent (Missing) and what you must confirm, such as food-contact rules. Completeness counts only known fields. Every change creates a new specification version, and you approve one.

  2. 2

    Search

Your requirement becomes several professional Chinese search terms. Keyword and image search results are normalised, de-duplicated and grouped. Each listing gets a requirement match, which measures fit to your specification. It is not a supplier reliability score.

  3. 3

    Ask

Shortlist suppliers and generate one unified RFQ from the approved specification: MOQ, tier pricing, logo, packaging, samples, lead times, carton data, payment terms and documents. You read the English and the Chinese, then choose Approve & Send.

  4. 4

    Compare

Supplier replies are translated and read into the same table. Each answer is Answered, Ambiguous or Missing, and links to the original Chinese. Quotes are compared without ranking suppliers for you: lowest quoted price, closest requirement match, most complete information, and what is still uncertain.

  5. 5

    Approve

Specification, quote, golden sample, each packaging step and production release need your explicit approval. The production gate stays closed until specification, supplier, golden sample, packaging, final quote, lead time and inspection plan are all in place.

  6. 6

    Deliver

Track production milestones, independent inspections and shipment. Each update names its source, and estimates stay labelled as estimates.

What is automated, and what is not

Done for you

  • Organising your input into a specification
  • Writing Chinese search terms and messages
  • Translating replies and pulling out prices, MOQ and lead times
  • Spotting unanswered questions and drafting follow-ups

Always your decision

  • Sending any message to a supplier
  • Price, quantity and payment commitments
  • Sample fees and the golden sample
  • Packaging approval and production release
What we do not do. We do not invent supplier scores, confidence ratings or savings figures. We show counts and facts: 4 of 5 RFQs complete, 2 missing documents, 1 unresolved specification issue.
