Supplier communication

Talk to suppliers in English. Keep the original Chinese.

Questions are translated into professional Chinese, you approve them, and supplier replies come back translated with the original beside them. Nothing changes meaning without you being able to see it.

Approve before anything is sent

You write “Can you produce 500 pcs with our logo? What's the sample cost?” You see your question and the Chinese message side by side, edit it if you wish, and choose Approve & Send. Price, quantity, payment terms, deposits and production are never committed on your behalf.

Replies you can trust to be intact

The supplier's original Chinese is stored untouched. The translation and the structured answers link back to the exact sentence they came from.

A full audit trail

Each message records who approved it, the English and Chinese text, when it was sent, the Wangwang account used, the raw reply, the translation and the structured reading.

Message states
  1. Queued
  2. Sending
  3. Sent
  4. Delivered (only when actually known)
  5. Waiting for reply
  6. Reply received
  7. Translation processing
  8. Completed
  9. Failed

A supplier who has not replied is “Waiting for reply”. That is a supplier state, not a system failure.

Early access. Automatic sending runs through a server-side Wangwang worker that is being connected. Until then, approved messages are queued for manual sending and replies are recorded by hand, with the same audit trail. Credentials never reach your browser.

See it on a project.

Open the demo project, or start your own. Nothing is sent to a supplier without your approval.
