Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, and a salted password hash. We never store your password.
- Project data: the descriptions, links, images and documents you provide; specifications; search results; RFQs; supplier messages and replies; samples, packaging, inspection and shipment records; approvals.
- Usage data: first-party product events (for example “project created”) and campaign source (UTM) so we can understand what works. No third-party advertising trackers are loaded.
- Enquiries: what you submit on the early-access form.
How we use it
To run the product for you, to translate and read supplier replies, to keep an audit trail, to secure the service and to improve it.
Service providers
Project text you submit, including your descriptions and supplier replies, may be processed by a language-model provider to extract requirements, translate and read replies. Hosting and storage run on Cloudflare. Supplier messages you approve are sent to the supplier through Wangwang. We do not sell personal data.
Suppliers
When you approve a message, its Chinese text is sent to that supplier. Do not include information in a message that you do not want a supplier to see.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in, and a small flag cookie lets public pages show “Open app”. We do not set advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Project data is kept until you delete the project or your account. You can delete a project from its page. To have an account deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email privacy@allforsourcing.com.
Security
Credentials for supplier messaging and data providers are held server-side and never sent to your browser. Access to projects is restricted to your organization and checked on every request.
