The service
AllForSourcing is software that helps you organise a sourcing project, search supplier listings, draft and send supplier questions that you approve, and record what suppliers reply. It is a tool. It is not a supplier, a buyer's agent, an inspector or a legal or compliance adviser.
Your decisions
You decide what to send, whom to buy from, and what to approve. Supplier statements shown in the product are the supplier's own. “Supplier confirmed” means the supplier said it. It is not verification. Compliance, certification and quality claims must be checked with qualified professionals before you rely on them.
Automated output
Extraction, translation and reply reading may be automated and can be wrong. The original text is always kept so you can check it. Where automation is unavailable the product says so.
Sample data
Demo and sample-data projects are illustrations. They contain no real suppliers, prices or replies.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you submit. Do not use the service to harass, defame or impersonate anyone, or to send unlawful content to suppliers.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from supplier conduct, shipment or payment decisions. Terms for paid plans will be published before they are offered.
